A private harbour cruise on Hobart’s River Derwent makes for a memorable venue for a special function, event or celebration

This floating venue can host birthday parties, corporate events, Christmas functions, hens and bucks parties, weddings and wakes. Three spacious outdoor decks and an indoor lounge area with 360-degree views make the perfect space for an intimate gathering of up to 40 guests. 

Morning to evening, the River Derwent is a scenic backdrop. The cruise route and scenery vary depending on weather and guest desires. Points of interest include Hobart’s historic waterfront, Battery Point, Mona, Bellerive Beach, Taroona and Mary Ann Bay. 

Choose the start and end location for your cruise. Hobart options include Elizabeth St Pier, Kings Pier Marina, the Queens Domain, and with prior arrangement, other public or private jetties within the Hobart area including Bellerive, Wrest Point Casino, Mona, yacht clubs and marinas.

Choose your floating venue: Odalisque II or Odalisque III

Odalisque III

The brand-new 24m catamaran features features a spacious dining room and separate lounge area, both with panoramic views offered through large picture windows, and two outdoor viewing areas.

Cost: $1,500 per hour (min. 3 hours). Then $1,000 per hour.

Capacity: Up to 50 guests

Includes:

  • Scenic, tailored cruise for minimum 3 hours
  • Skipper, crew & bartender
  • Pick-up & drop-off at preferred Hobart location

 

Odalisque II

A 19m boutique-cruiser with a comfortable entertaining and dining area and three outside decks.

Cost: $750 per hour (min. 3 hours)

Capacity: Up to 37 guests

Includes:

  • Scenic, tailored cruise for minimum 3 hours
  • Skipper, crew & bartender
  • Pick-up & drop-off at preferred Hobart location

Availability

Best way to celebrate a birthday! Went too quick!

Had an awesome afternoon out on the Odalisque cruising the Derwent River. So great to see the shores of the Derwent, with sights even the locals hadn't seen before. We did a late afternoon trip in summer which was the perfect way to spend the arvo.

Best Wedding Ever

Best decision ever to book the Odalisque for our untraditional wedding. The crew were amazing to deal with. We had 31 guests and there was ample room both inside and on the deck. We can't highly enough recommend booking the boat out for a glorious time.

A Hens Party On The Derwent - The Most Perfect Day!!

This day was truly an experience we will never forget! 30 girls aboard the Odalisque for a friends Hens Party, cruising the Derwent for 3 hours with endless flowing beautiful wine and outstanding food.
